I am a learning experience designer and eLearning developer with a background in education as well as library and information science. I love creating engaging and visually appealing learning experiences for learners of all ages. My approach to learning experience design is grounded in visual design, learning theory, instructional design methodology, and multimedia principles.

Empowering others and helping them to reach their full potential is the catalyst behind every learning experience and elearning solution I create. I keep people at the front and center of my design process.

Collaboration is foundational to my work. I engage with learners, subject matter experts, and clients to identify learning gaps and design effective learning solutions. I believe building relationships with stakeholders and including them throughout the design process is essential.

I use an iterative approach to designing and developing learning solutions that relies on consistent feedback and analysis. I strive to build learning solutions that engage learners and provide results, and I approach my work with creativity, determination, and attention to detail.
